　FIFA　WORLD　CUP　２０２６　は、１２組に分かれた１次リーグが終了し、決勝トーナメントが始まっています。自分の国の代表チームが、ワールドカップ（以下、WCとする）に出られなかった国々でも、またリーグ戦で、代表チームが敗退してしまった国々でも、人々は、さらにＷＣへの関心を高め、テレビ等の前で、ますますの「好カード」になっていく試合を見守っていくことでしょう。写真は、米国のPhiladelphia Stadium です。ヤフーの写真を利用させてもらいます。よろしくお願いします。

　私は、６月１３日公開の、私のブログにおいて、FIFAのダイナミック・プライシング（需給に応じた変動価格制）にしたチケット価格について、厳しく批判をしましたが、残念ながら、FIFAが、「買えない人は、買わなくていい」と言うかのように、ＷＣは、ゲームが進んでいます。２日の朝日新聞の９面下部では、チケットを買うことができない人々の様子が書かれています（以下、記事を、参考にさせてください）。今回が、３回めの開催となるメキシコの様子です。「アステカスタジアム」として、世界中のサッカーファンから知られているサッカー場は、今回は、「メキシコシティースタジアム」と呼ばれているそうですが、その周辺の人々の嘆きです。６月１１日に行われたメキシコ対南アフリカの試合では、チケットの公式価格が、６４００～３１６００ペソ（約６００００～２９４０００円）だったそうです。これでは、ほとんどの人は、「買えない」と、あきらめるしかないことになるでしょう。１９８６年に行われたメキシコWCでは、開幕戦のチケット１枚が、半日分の最低賃金で買えたそうですが、今回は、少なくとも、２０日くらいの労働分になってしまうだろうというのです。これは、メキシコだけではなく、どこの国の人々にとっても、同じようなものでしょう。米国、カナダ、メキシコの３カ国以外の人々は、見には行けない、開催３カ国の人々も、入場できないと、嘆くことになるでしょう。

　でも、私が、日本でのテレビ中継を見る限りでは、どの試合でも、ほぼ満員になっているようです。どこの国のゲームでも、いわゆるサポーターが多数詰めかけ、応援しています。３カ国への渡航費、そして、滞在費、入場券と、果たしていくらかかるのでしょう。とにかく、驚くほどの観戦者数です。なかには、多額の借金をして、来る人もいるのでしょうが、それにしても、観戦できる人は、よく「カネがあるな」と思ってしまいます。まあ、初めに載せた写真を見ても、感じますが、これだけの試合会場を、開催国が造り、あるいは、改装することに対して、FIFAも援助をするのでしょうし、また、各国選手の滞在費、航空運賃、そして参加国への賞金、上位チームへのさらに高額の賞金等々をも、FIFAは、援助したり、すべてを出したりするのですから、チケットの高騰は、無理もないのかという気にもなります。サッカーは、世界では、最もファンの多いスポーツでもあり、世界的な大会となれば、様々な高騰化は、やむを得ないのかもしれません。ただ、それにしても、変動相場制には、怒りを感じてしまいます。

　日本の代表チームについても、少し触れておきたいと思います。森保監督は、カタール、中南米と、二度のWCの指揮をとりました。カタール大会においては、１次リーグで、ドイツ、スペインを破り、世界を驚かせました。決勝トーナメントでは、クロアチアに、ＰＫ戦で敗れましたが、指導力は、確かに国内でも高く評価されました。自信もつき、今回の北中米大会では、優勝を狙うと語っていました。１次リーグは、危なげなく突破しました。しかし、リーグ２位であったため、トーナメントでは、ブラジルとあたることになりました。

　まあ、相手がブラジルなので、負けは仕方ありません。それでも、負けは負けで、「優勝」を口にするのは、早かったかという気がしないでもありません。私は、森保監督の２期８年は、長すぎるので、もう辞任するべきだと思います。しかし、最近読んだネットの記事であったか、日本サッカー協会は、多額の赤字に苦しみ、外国の著名監督などは、招聘できないのだそうです。従って、まだしばらくは、現状で行くと考えているようです。Jリーグなど、あれだけ観客が入っているのに、どうして協会は、大赤字なのでしょう。考えられません。

私は、６月１３日公開のブログで、１次リーグ１２組の１位チームを下記のように予想しました。

A　メキシコ　　B 　スイス　　C　ブラジル　　D　米国　　　E　ドイツ　　　F　オランダ

G 　ベルギー　H　スペイン　I　フランス　J　アルゼンチン　K　ポルトガル　K　イングランド

　当たらなかったのは、ポルトガルだけです。同国は、２位になりました。ブログを読んでくださる皆様の中で、メモをしておられた方（かた）が、いらっしゃったかどうかは、分かりませんが、私の予想は、事実、上記の通りです。今回は、４８とチーム数が多くなったので、それだけのチームには、力量差もあるので、私の予想通りになったと言える気もします。また、私は、テレビでですが、WCを５０年以上も前から、見てきていますので、それも１１組の的中につながったかとも思っています。

　次は、米国のトランプ大統領、中国の習主席についての、最近の問題を書いてみます。あまり長くならないようにします。以下、敬称は略します。

　まず、トランプです。２日の読売、朝日、毎日の３紙によると、トランプは、２０２５年の１年間に、自らの親族も関わる暗号資産事業で、１４．２億ドル（約２３００億円）超を得ていたことが分かったそうです（６月３０日、米政府倫理局、公表）。トランプは、第２次政権になると、暗号資産への関りを強め、法整備など、振興策を進めてきたそうです。二人の息子も、暗号資産事業を始めたそうです。また、トランプという名を関した暗号資産では、ライセンス契約を結び、約６億３５００万ドルを得ていたというのです。トランプのような独裁者となると、自分の不当利得は、気にならないのかも知れません。いけ図々しいというしかありません。さすがに、民主党の議員らからは、「私腹を肥やせるよう、暗号資産の監視機関を骨抜きにしている」と、批判の声が挙がっているそうです。トランプは、また、「出生地主義」の問題についても、反対だと叫んでいます。米国では、米憲法修正第１４条で、「米国で生まれた者は米国市民である」とされています。トランプは、これに対して、不法滞在者などが、米国で出産した場合は、その子は、米国民とするべきではないと主張し、大統領令まで出していたのです。これに対して、連邦最高裁は、トランプの大統領令は、違憲であり、無効だという判決を、６月３０日に出しました。連邦最高裁の判事は、９名中、保守派が６人と見られていますが、６対３で、違憲という判決になったそうです。トランプは、出生地主義を見直す法律を制定するよう、議会に要求しているそうです。

　続いて、中国の習総書記の言動についてです。２日の東京新聞、４面の記事を参考にさせてもらいます。彼は、１日、北京の人民大会堂で開かれた党創建１０５周年の式典で、次のように語ったそうです。「党は、正しい側に立ち、人類運命共同体を構築する。党中央の集中統一指導の堅持、自らの指導思想の貫徹。党の健康を損なうあるゆるウイルスの駆除。国家の主権等を守り、世界の平和と発展のためにさらに貢献する。以下略」そうして、台湾については、「台湾独立分裂勢力に断固として打撃を加え、外部勢力の干渉に反対する」と語っています。ここでは、台湾問題だけに触れておくことにします。

　１９７１年１０月２５日の第２６回国連総会において、第２７５８号決議が、賛成７６票、反対３５票、棄権１７票で決議されました。同決議によると、「中華人民共和国の代表が国連における中国の唯一の代表であり」と、されました。この決議によって、「中国の国連における議席はただ一つであり、ニつの中国や一中一台という問題は存在しない」ということになりました。

　確かに、この決議を考えると、台湾を「併合」したいという中国の考えは、分かります。しかし、この決議は、４５年前のものです。私は、この決議以後、米国がずっと「台湾を守る」という態度でいたのかどうか、調べてはいませんが、米国が、いわゆる「あいまい戦略」で、台湾を守ってきたことは、知っています。私は、これだけ長いあいだ、中国も、台湾に侵攻することはなかったのですから、今後も、台湾への侵攻は、しないでほしいと思います。ソ連や東欧の社会主義国家が、崩壊する時にも、ほとんどの国において、死者が出ることは、ありませんでした。勿論、事件などが起こった国や地域もあったでしょうから、全くの「無血」ということは、なかったでしょうが。

　中国も、武力で、台湾を獲得しようとするのではなく、台湾との協議を行い、平和的な解決を図るべきだと思います。ロシアのウクライナへの侵攻、米国のベネズエラ侵攻、米国とイスラエルのイラン侵攻など、国際法を踏みにじる蛮行が続いていますが、中国は、そうした蛮行は振るわないでほしいと思います。
