我が家の藤棚周辺の写真です。今頃は、藤にしても、ほかの木、草にしても、葉が生い茂り、手が付けられないという状態です。右、手前の白い葉は、初雪草（ハツユキソウ）というようです。私は、現在は、妻と二人暮らしで、庭の草木は、妻が世話をすることになっています。勿論、私も、手伝いますが（長女は、結婚し、近くに住んでいます。長男は、外国で、暮らしています。1年のうち、1カ月くらいは、日本に帰ってきます）。私は、近くの空き地等の木を切ったり、草を刈ったりしています。先日、草刈りに行きました。蜂が飛んできました。私は、何もしていないので、刺されないだろうと思っていたら、いきなり、左腕を刺されました。あまり大きな蜂ではなかったのですが、心配になり、家に帰ることにしました。２日ほど、経って、また草刈りに行きました。晴れてきたので、日陰になるところの草を刈ることにしました。この前、刺された場所の近くだったのです。あの蜂は、巣の近くにいたわけではないだろうと思っていたのです。ところが、蜂がいたのです。回りを見ると、日陰の小さな木の根元に、巣のようなものがありました。遅かったのです。また、刺されてしまいました。まさに、「愚かしい行動」でした。蜂は、アシナガバチ（ただし、かなり大きめ）のようでした。
「蜂の奴ら」も、日中は、暑くなるので、日陰になるような場所に巣を作るようです。私は、復讐するしかないと思いました。放っておけば、巣も大きくなり、蜂が増え、草刈りなどできなくなるでしょう。私は、カインズという日用品・雑貨のスーパーで、蜂用の強力薬品（噴霧式）を買いました。使用するのは、陽が落ちた夕刻がよいとされているので、上下、「重武装」で巣に向かいました。まだ暗くはないのですが、蜂は、巣に集まっているのでしょう。薬品は、３．４ｍ離れた所から、噴射させるとあったので、その通りにしました。確認はせずに、帰りました。
２日後、また出かけました。確認すると、蜂の姿は、ありませんでした。全滅したようです。私は、安心して、草刈りを始めました。少し経った時、私は、左足の膝下が、ちくっとした感じがしました。しかし、蜂のはずはないし、気にしないで、草刈りを続けました。汗びっしょりになりましたが、だいたいの予定を終えたので、帰ることにしました。シャワーを浴びて、左脚を見ると、縦１０ｃｍ、横５ｃｍくらいが、真っ赤になって、腫れていました。蜂のはずはない、だって厚手のビニル状のズボンをはいていたし、刺されるわけがないと思ったのです。でも、かなり痛みました。私は、「呪われた」気がして、気味が悪いと思いました。私の経験でも、こんな腫れ方は、初めてのことでした。そして、何にさされたのか、分かりません。いずれにしても、蜂などを恐れることが必要なのかも知れません。
次は、１３日の朝日新聞、１、２面の記事を参考にさせてもらいます。オーストラリア、カナダなどで問題になっている、ＩＴ大手が、新聞社等の記事を利用して、莫大な利益を挙げているのに、利用料にあたる支払いを拒否しているという問題についてです。
私などは、朝日新聞や毎日新聞の記事などを、毎週のように利用させてもらっていますが、毎日は、ずっと購読していますし、朝日は、デジタルを契約し、コンビニで、毎日のように買っています。また、このブログは、X サーバー社と契約し、１年ごとに、必要な支払いをしています。私は、いわば、世界中の出来事について、書きたいことを書いているため、恨まれてもいると思い、「匿名」にしていますから、いわゆる「投げ銭」を求めるようなこともしていません。
そう断った上で、また書き始めますが、オーストラリア、カナダの新聞社等は、記者を雇い。記事を作っているわけですから、ＩＴ大手は、その記事を利用するのであれば、「使用料」を新聞社に払うべきです。新聞社に比べ、持ち出しが少ない割には、巨額の利益を挙げているわけですから、ＩＴ大手は、当然、払うべきです。オーストラリア政府が、ＩＴ大手が、払わないのであれば、課徴金を払わせるというのは、国としても、当然のことと言えます。
一般の読者にすれば、パソコンや携帯で、大手のＩＴメディアの記事を読めば、わざわざ、新聞を買う必要は、なくなってしまいます。新聞社が、カネをかけてつくった記事を、大手ＩＴは、ただで利用し、世界中から、まさに巨額の利益を挙げてしまうのです。まさに、言わば、泥棒のように、ただで手に入れた「新聞社等の情報」を流し、ＣＭ料として、多額の利益を得るのです。こんなことは、許されないはずです。新聞社等が主張するのは、当然のことです。大手ＩＴは、支払いに応じるべきです。
最後は、ロシアで、９月に行われる下院選についてです。１３日の読売新聞、５面の記事を参考にさせてもらいます。この下院選において、候補者を立てるつもりであった改革派野党の「ヤブロコ」に対して、ロシア最高裁が、「候補者登録を取り消す」という決定をしたと言うのです。つまり、同党は、下院選において、候補者を立てられないこと、選挙に参加できないことにされたというわけです。同党は、政権寄りの野党「祖国」から、外国からの選挙資金援助、選挙資料の著作権侵害等の問題を最高裁に申し立てられていたそうです。最高裁が、「非」を認め、選挙から排除すると決定したわけです。ヤブロコは、下院選に参加する予定であった１１政党のひとつでしたが、ウクライナ侵攻について、停戦にするべきだと主張した唯一の政党だったそうです。同党が、排除されるので、残りの１０の政党は、すべて、ウクライナ侵攻について、賛成していることになるわけです（ヤブロコとは、果物の「りんご」だそうです）。
あきれますね。もっとも、プーチンにすれば、ヤブロコという政党を認めていたわけですから、同党は、プーチンにとって、脅威でもなんでもなかったのでしょう。一定程度の「許容」を示すため、自由に活動させていたのでしょう。ただ、長期化するウクライナ侵攻により、召集される若者、その家族、その恋人、他の関係者等々の不満が、ヤブロコに寄せられていたようで、プーチンにすれば、放っておくとまずいと思われたのでしょう。そこで、最高裁に、排除させたというわけです。ロシアにおいては、この程度の制裁であれば、まだいいほうと言えるでしょう。プーチンを批判したりすると、投獄されたり、暗殺されたりします。一応、誰が殺したのか、分からないままになることが、ほとんどの場合ですが、プーチンが、側近に、そして側近が、配下の者に命じ、暗殺が実行されるわけです。私などは、何度もプーチンを批判していますが、日本でも無名の私などは、狙われるはずはありませんが、やはり、このブログでは、匿名にしておいたほうが、いいだろうと思っています。
プーチンの「ひとりよがりの考え」のために、４年以上もの長期間、ウクライナ侵攻が続けられています。兵として、駆り出される男性はもとより、他の国民にしても、ウクライナの反撃等もあり、身の危険もあるし、経済的にも、苦しい生活を強いられることにもなります。ロシアにおいて、侵攻を続けたいと考えている人は、実は、プーチンだけでしょう。側近や、他の閣僚、軍人、公務員等々にしても、侵攻を続けたいと思っているはずは、ありません。こんな独裁者が、３０年以上も、「君臨している」状態は、ロシアという国にとっても、「大きな恥」のはずです。プーチンの「自然消滅」を待つのではなく、一刻も早く、政権から引きずり下ろしてほしいものです。
